Well I’d like to get on my Soap Box and announce to the world the wonderful experience I had selling my deceased brother’s home in Macquarie Fields.
With you as my agent Troy, you made everything so easy. Living here in Perth could have made the process so stressful. Instead everything was smooth sailing.
When I walked into John Williams Real Estate One office it was just a random choice. I was just walking past. At that stage I was only enquiring. What a lucky day for me. A heavy weight lifted from my shoulders.
Right from the start you inspired confidence in you and your family business. I enjoyed sharing with me, your use of modern technology practices. I felt you had your fingers on the pulse of modern day realty selling.
The property appraisal booklet also was very impressive with everything so clearly set out, from the estimated expected selling price of the property to explanations of what to expect right up to the day of moving – setting out step by step what to do on the big day.
I also appreciated you directing me to some very reliable, competent and helpful tradespeople in the area to do some repair work for me. Thanks so much for that too.
Also appreciated was you, not only for driving me to my brother’s home but you drove around the area showing me some of the properties that you had recently sold. It gave me ideas of presentation.
When asked if you could recommend a safe reasonably priced and appropriate hotel or motel close to the station where I could stay once all the furniture etc. had been removed from the house, you didn’t hesitate to be helpful and drive me out of your way to an appropriate motel close to the station. It was a wonderful choice.
You never failed to keep me informed of the outcome of three open days of the property. That must almost be a record for the sale of a property. I’m sure you inspired the new owner-to-be as well with your style of selling property.
“I’m sure you walked in our shoes.” I for one never felt neglected. Thanks for that Troy. Your integrity has shone through.
You spoke so proudly of your father’s pride in his business, in building it to be a company of high repute and of how you are proudly continuing his tradition. He must be very proud of your achievements.

Troy, I would like to thank you for the great work you did for me over the last 30 years. As an absentee landlord you made my life very easy.
You always managed to find me a tenant and checked with me for approval.
Repairs needed you did it. A new stove needed, it was in. Water damage, no problem. Broken window, no worries. Electrical problem, done. Blinds Replaced. Leaking water pipe, found and fixed.
As the laws changed you kept the unit up to date with legal requirements. Fire alarm, security door, inspections done.
Thank you very much for your professionalism and the fact that I always felt that I was working with someone who had my interests at heart, but also cared about the tenants. A delicate balance I’m sure.
