Troy, I would like to thank you for the great work you did for me over the last 30 years. As an absentee landlord you made my life very easy.
You always managed to find me a tenant and checked with me for approval.
Repairs needed you did it. A new stove needed, it was in. Water damage, no problem. Broken window, no worries. Electrical problem, done. Blinds Replaced. Leaking water pipe, found and fixed.
As the laws changed you kept the unit up to date with legal requirements. Fire alarm, security door, inspections done.
Thank you very much for your professionalism and the fact that I always felt that I was working with someone who had my interests at heart, but also cared about the tenants. A delicate balance I’m sure.
